I’m not sure if this is a completely new movie or even part of the movie itself, I Am Legend, but it appears to be an animation relating to the story.
They drew very realistic looking people (or maybe shot the video and applied a filter). It’s basically a scene of the sick and wounded and scientists getting mass killed by strange people wearing gas masks. And the 2 kids watching the whole situation are traumatized.
