  1. I can see why Lionsgate is backing Tyler Perry. This film he made had a budget of $13 million and in its opening weekend it brought in $24 million.

    The films suck, but has to say it is good business.

  2. No offense to TP, but I dont think his movies are very good.

    Story formats are cliche, acting is usually average, and he has the same people using very similar one-dimensional characters.

    I really think he should make movies that go straight to dvd, his fan base would be able to watch his movies…. to be honest his movies are not worthy of hitting the theaters, i dont know maybe its just me.
