This isn’t exactly a trailer for The Ties that Bind, since this clip isn’t actually in the movie, but it appears to be a part of the story that happens after Street Fighter II and before The Ties that Bind.

Similar to the trailer above, these aftermath clips aren’t actually part of The Ties that Bind movie, but are parts of the story that occurs slightly before it. Also unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find an English version of C. Viper Aftermath nor one with subtitles. If anyone finds one, please leave a comment.
