The feature film “Shake Hands with the Devil,” based on Lieutenant-General Roméo Dallaire’s award-winning book, is directed by Roger Spottiswoode, and stars the highly-esteemed actor Roy Dupuis as Dallaire. Deborah Kara Unger portrays one of the few journalists who remained in Rwanda after the genocide began.
