I thoroughly enjoyed the first film because it basically was in some sense a quite realistic story, I never in my life read a single comic, for most of the first film it was Tony Stark fighting the war on terror / crime, it was a good place for the film franchise to kick off given the times, therefore quite a good storyline.

Now however we have War Machine, Whiplash, Black Widow and 2-3 more characters. Which I believe means it will lose its appeal to some, so many characters, so little time.

As sequels always try to do, they try and come back bigger and better and completely forget about its story as we have seen in practically every sequel in history. Now they have us in their nets, its all about them landing the catch.

The only positive thing I take from the film for me so far is the totally awesome cast line-up.
