I’m not exactly sure what the heck is going on. I’m not even sure if the movie is suppose to be funny or serious. At first, it had a feeling of Hot Fuzz to it, but then it sort of became serious.
At first, it looks like a typical modern setting, but then it zooms into the future where there’s cameras everywhere monitoring society and big brother stuff.
It’s by the director of Donnie Darko, so it must just take rewatching the film multiple times before we begin to understand something.
