MY RATING: 7/10
I thought the movie was generally fun overall. The movie was definitely a lot better than the 2nd one, since the plan this time did really matter. However, I would say that the quality was far from the original.
*** SPOILER ALERT ***
I thought they really overdid it with the bribing. I’m also surprise that Bank (Al Pacino) wasn’t more careful after Danny (George Clooney) threated to take him down. The ending also didn’t have the grand finale feeling to it either.
There were also quite a few holes to their plan, the biggest being they still had to convert their chips to cash afterwards. I also didn’t get that new domino game and its purpose. Then there was that Samsung cell phone which appears to purely be a product placement.
They also talked about the security system so much, that in the end I felt they didn’t give it enough air time.
All in all, it was a fun movie to watch.
